Job Description
- Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities
- Work with HR specialists to implement recruitment strategies
- Ensure qualifications are met for position postings
- Participate in interview process and candidate selection
- Build networks to develop a candidate pool
- Provide coaching to HR recruiters
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 5 years recruitment experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of employment laws
- Proven track record in process improvements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
