Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage coordination with Philippine Embassies Overseas and POLO
- Strong knowledge in DOLE, NLRC, DMW (POEA)
- Sourcing of candidates through Job Posting Platforms.
- Maintain good workers and employer relationships within the organization.
- Works as a path between workers and management to ensure each party’s utmost interest.
- Compliant management of workers as early as possible.
- Monitor the worker’s health and safety issues and take the necessary steps while it is required.
- Closely monitor the cases of sexual abuse of workers, if any issues arise take immediate actions to resolve.
- Counseling the workers are not mentally disturbed with any situations and monitor the improvement.
- Communicate the worker’s needs in the workplace.
- Keep records of all the activities done for welfare management.
- Arrange training and awareness programs for the workers so that they can keep themselves from involving in any unlawful activities.

Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
