Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician to join our team at HLS Business Process Outsourcing. Your key responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, along with troubleshooting electrical issues.
Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a valid TESDA certification. A driver’s license is a plus.
Benefits include a monthly salary of PHP 16,00 – PHP 25,00, government-mandated deductions, paid training, overtime pay, and performance bonuses. This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Saturday work schedule.
