Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Refund Specialist in the Insurance and Healthcare industry to join our team. As a Refund Specialist, you will be responsible for processing refunds for overpayments, duplicate payments, or billing errors within the insurance and healthcare sector.
Your main tasks will include reviewing refund requests, verifying documentation, coordinating with internal departments and external parties, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in refund processing within the insurance or healthcare field.
