Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review refund and overpayment requests from patients
  • Resolve credit balances and complete refund request forms
  • Identify root causes of credit balances and trends
  • Collaborate with revenue cycle departments for efficiency
  • Manage credit balance inquiries and maintain positive relationships
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with insurance guidelines
  • Perform special projects as needed

Qualifications & Competencies

  • BA/BS in accounting, business, finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare/managed care
  • Proficiency in complex refunds and managed care issues
  • Strong communication, analytical, and Excel skills
  • Understanding of EMR and billing systems
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits: Paid training

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary
