Job Description
The Operation teams at Shopee in the Philippines – Manila, are seeking a Regional Center Functional Lead who will oversee the outbound operations. This role involves coordinating and supervising warehouse activities, ensuring timely parcel processing, monitoring team productivity, and collaborating with various teams for seamless operations.
Job Description:
- Coordinate and supervise warehouse activities on a daily basis
- Ensure parcels are received within SLA and in good quality
- Monitor team productivity and communicate with the Regional Center Lead
- Manage personnel scheduling, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions
- Analyze and allocate agency personnel effectively
- Handle escalations and provide operational solutions
- Collaborate with other teams for parcel tally and high-value item handling
Requirements:
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, or Warehousing
- Supervisory experience with both direct and agency employees
- Detail-oriented with a background in process improvement
- Familiarity with MS and Google Applications
