Job Description
The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, overseeing Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud. The team analyzes operational KPIs regionally, conducts root cause analysis, and ensures operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities
- Ensure timely receipt and quality endorsement of parcels
- Monitor team productivity, provide updates to Regional Center Lead
- Manage personnel scheduling, evaluations, and coaching
- Analyze and coordinate agency personnel allocation with Manpower Management
- Address operational escalations and provide solutions
- Coordinate with First and Middle mile teams for parcel tally
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Warehousing
- Supervisory experience with direct and agency employees
- Detail-oriented with process improvement background
- Proficient in MS and Google Applications
