Job Description
As the Regional Contract & Legal Management Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the contract and legal operations across multiple regions. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing contract and legal management strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with contracts and regulatory compliance
- Negotiating and reviewing contracts with vendors, clients, and stakeholders
- Providing guidance and support to regional contract and legal teams
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all regions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in contract management processes
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in contract and legal management, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
