Job Description
The Regional Director – Visayas is responsible for leading and managing the business units of the region to achieve organizational excellence. He/She establishes the strategic directions of the region aligned to the company’s vision and mission. He/She leads the team to ensure the achievement of the region’s targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or any Business Management related course | A Master’s Degree in Business Administration is an advantage
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in a Senior Management position preferably in the food industry
- With exposure to bakeshop operations, franchise business, supply chain management, and commissary management
- With a proven record of meeting and exceeding financial targets.
- Preferably with a project management background
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php150,00.00 – Php190,00.00 per month
