Job Description
Join Perfetti Van Melle as a Regional Distributor Development Manager. In this role, you will drive growth and profitability by developing strategic decisions, managing customer strategies, and enhancing team capabilities. You will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability KPIs while ensuring effective customer strategy implementation in the region.
Key qualifications include a degree in Business or Marketing, with at least 10 years of sales experience, preferably as a Regional Sales Manager. Strong communication skills, a solid understanding of P&L, and experience in General Trade are essential.
