Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations, driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will lead regional teams, set objectives, manage budgets and P&L, implement strategy, ensure compliance, and cultivate strong client and partner relationships. The role involves performance tracking, coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Requirements: 5+ years in multi-site management, proven leadership, strong analytical and commercial acumen, excellent communication, and willingness to travel.
