Job Description

Specific Requirements:

• 8 – 10 years’ experience in the Retail industry (preferably convenience store type)
• Solid background in Operations and People Management
• At least handled 1,00 people under them (direct or indirect reports)
• Preferably handled a maximum of 500 stores
• Able to build new teams and handle existing teams
• Willing to work in a flexible schedule and location

Specific Powers and Responsibilities:

• To chair the regional meeting (with SM, LM, RPM, ADM, EXM).
• Represents the company to any third person.
• Decides on any information to be given to third parties.
• Decides on new stores to be rented, contracts to be extended, rental to third parties, changes in constructions and stores to be closed.
• Decides on the Areas of the Area Managers and Sales Managers.
• To decide on how to spend the advertisement budget.
• Decides on the test, introduction, and dropping of regional items and their pricing.
• Decides on any price reductions, e.g. for dropped items, as long as they are not being delegated to another position.
• Decides on complaints from customers which are being directed to the regional office.
• Decides about Maintenance contracts to be signed.
• Hires and dismisses all employees reporting to the above-mentioned managers.
• Decides on their salaries in line with the company’s salary policy.
• Participates in the regional Area Manager Meeting.
• Participates in the Purchasing Meeting and gives advice and support, especially agreeing on price changes, assortment modifications, decisions on quality.
• Participates in the Regional Manager Meeting and gives advice and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th-month salary
