Job Description
Responsibilities
- Builds the business in his assigned region by attaining distribution coverage, sales volume, and market share targets and effectively manages the company’s systems, processes, and resources – people, fixed assets, working capital – to deliver desired return and profitability.
- Assures attainment of Key Performance set by management through setting objectives, tracking measures & problem solving and coaching.
- Conducts field works & sales coaching.
- Decide the terms of discounts and unique pricing plans.
- Analyzes sales statistics, such as volume, gross revenues, sales expenses, and demographics of purchasers.
- Supports the learning and development of the sales team.
- Coordinates with Distributor Sales Supervisors to generate and meet with prospective leads.
- Tracks and reports all sales activities.
- Develops and executes sales strategy through market analysis.
Qualifications
- 10 years or more work experience related to sales management.
- Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
