Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as Regional Sales Manager (Mindanao). As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales activities and developing business strategies to drive revenue growth in the Mindanao region.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of sales representatives and providing guidance to achieve sales targets
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of the sales process and techniques
