Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager for our Diabetes division. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and achieving targets within the designated region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and increase sales volume of Diabetes products within the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders
- Lead and develop a sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge and understanding of the Diabetes market is a plus
