Job Description
ALFC Insurance Agency Corporation is on the lookout for a committed Regional Sales Officer (RSO) to elevate our sales performance across the NCR, South Luzon, and North Luzon regions. The RSO will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, developing area-based agents, and executing growth strategies in alignment with our company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create regional sales plans and assess performance metrics.
- Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve set targets.
- Enhance our client base and improve insurance penetration in designated areas.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, 3–5 years of experience in insurance sales with a proven leadership background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00/month
