Job Description
Aboitiz Construction, Inc. is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist responsible for supporting manpower deployment across all project sites promptly and effectively, ensuring quality direct project hires and skilled workers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding.
- Experience in handling construction manpower, specifically skilled workers, is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao.
