Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for training new employees on business operations related to flights and hotels. Your duties will include developing training plans, assessing learning outcomes, and updating training materials as required.
Job Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field, outstanding English communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in training management within a customer care center.
