Job Description

The position has the responsibility on training, equipping, and developing employee’s attitude, skills, and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently. The role will be responsible for training and enhancing the competencies of our employees. The RTO will help in the planning and implementation of training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our Motortrade employees.

Responsibilities:

• Studying and contributing to the operations and climate of our company.
• Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation.
• Administering regular, detailed needs assessments to identify skills deficits.
• Orienting new hires to their function within the grand scheme, as well as established company norms.

Basic Requirements:

1. A graduate/degree in BS Psychology, HRD, Mass Communication, or any related course.
2. At least 1-2 years of training experience – an advantage.
3. Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
4. Proficiency with both Microsoft Office and Open Office.
5. Knowledge of e-learning/game-based learning platforms & tools.
6. Excellent planning & time management skills.
7. Ability to convey complex information in a way that employees can understand.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of teaching methods and presentation skills.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
• Able to deal with different levels of people.
• High level of flexibility and maturity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
