Job Description
Location: Within Cavite Area Only
Work Set-Up: Work from Home
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in a BPO Company
- At least 6 months of Case Manager experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Skilled in time management and task prioritization
- Proficient in Cloud-based applications, MS Office, and Adobe
- Able to prepare and submit reports on schedule
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Subacute HMO authorizations for Skilled Nursing Facility residents
- Provide clinical updates and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with facilities for necessary documentation
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
