Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and interpret customer needs, requirements, and medical records
- Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries
- Inform patients of the result of validation of claims
Needed Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- College graduate in nursing with a Public Health Registered Nurse (PHRN) license
- Two years of clinical experience
