Job Description
Schedule: Night Shift
Set-up: Onsite (Clark, Pampanga)
Responsibilities:
- Send Workcover letters.
- Send post up letters.
- Type letters
- Send letters.
- Send referral text reminders – 2 weeks out.
- Create new patient profiles.
- Post-operative calls.
- Requoting patient new fees
- Rescheduling simple appointments
- Surgery Billings
- Confirming appointments
- Attaching scanning & secure messages
- Answer phones
- Make patient appointments.
- Data entry
- Pre appointment phone calls and preparation of patient files prior to appointment
Qualification:
- Has prior expertise in the health care industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Appointment Schedule experience – handle appointments, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Contact Center Operations experience – Inbound and Outbound Calls, Email, and Chat.
