Job Description
A registered nurse (USRN) is a healthcare professional who has completed a nursing program and obtained a license to practice nursing. As a USRN, your primary responsibility is to provide high-quality care to patients in various healthcare settings. You will work closely with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Key responsibilities of a USRN may include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures, maintaining patient records, and educating patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan. You may specialize in areas such as pediatrics, geriatrics, critical care, or surgery.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent clinical skills, strong critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail. You must also possess good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals.
