Job Description
Position Summary:
Under general supervision, provides clerical and administrative support in the registration, reporting, updating, and safekeeping of student records. Responsibilities include entering data from various sources into the computerized student information system, issuing student grade reports, and preparing orders for diplomas, caps, and gowns for graduation.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any course, preferably with 6 months to one year of experience in clerical tasks.
- Proficient in computer use and a variety of word processing and database software applications.
- Experienced in preparing and maintaining records.
