Job Description
- Process the enrollment of new, transferee and continuing students.
- Prepare the student credentials such as F137, F138, Certificate of good moral character, honorable dismissal, certificate of enrollment, copy of grades and other certificates requested by the students.
- Enrollment per semester of all students to DepEd Learning Information System (LIS).
- Updating the student’s status to DepEd LIS every end of semester.
- Prepare the College applications forms of Grade 12 students who are applying to other schools and universities around Metro Manila.
- Generate the per semester final scholastic report to be released to students and parents.
- Check the forwarded student credentials by the Admission office such as final report card, PSA Birth Certificate, CGMC and other necessary documents required upon admission.
- Prepare the student jackets and required documents and attachments for SO application.
- Respond to student/parent inquiries over the counter, by phone, and by email.
