Job Description
Education/Training:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Computer proficiency in MS Office and database applications necessary
- Strong communication skills including experience in writing, answering phone calls and speaking
- Ability to perform multiple tasks as needed
- Ability to work in a team environment
Competencies:
- The role is responsible for assisting all customer inquiries, transactions, and concerns regarding enrolment and registration to training and assessment programs while ensuring adherence to documented policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Bonus pay
