Job Description
Monde Nissin is currently seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team. As the Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will provide leadership, expertise, and guidance to ensure compliance with food regulatory standards and requirements.
Your responsibilities will include guiding and advising various departments such as NPD, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Business Units on regulatory issues, health and wellness trends, allowable claims, and internal policies. You will play a crucial role in supporting business strategies and goals.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in FMCG companies. A degree in nutrition, food tech, chemistry, pharmacy, or allied sciences is required. You should have a comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks and policy making.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to navigate regulatory compliance requirements and effectively communicate the importance of credible and differentiated on and off-pack label claims to drive business growth. Strong collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management skills are essential.
