Job Description
We act as a consulting company for our clients to handle regulatory compliance work in the FDA. We are in need of a licensed professional who is knowledgeable in regulations and has actual experience in handling FDA applications, particularly for Food and Cosmetics products.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documents mainly for Food and Cosmetics products to FDA, including LTO registration, product applications, amendments, variations, and renewals, ensuring alignment with authorities’ requirements.
- Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance of food and cosmetic products throughout their life cycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation, including dossiers, technical files, and records of submissions and approvals.
- Interact with regulatory authorities and client personnel to address inquiries, provide necessary information, and represent client’s regulatory interests professionally.
- Review product labeling, packaging, and promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or similar field with a valid PRC.
- Proven experience in regulatory affairs of Food and Cosmetics products in FDA.
- In-depth knowledge of local food and cosmetic regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
