What you’ll be doing:
The Regulatory Specialist II is responsible for ensuring compliance with FDA technical requirements during inspections or post-market surveillance activities. They must ensure all cosmetic imported products sold by ACI adhere to local legislation, meet corporate regulatory standards, and align with business goals.
Key responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting business objectives, and facilitating necessary documentation for products in APMI export markets.
