- Ensures that the incoming binders are encoded accurately and timely
- Ensures that Reinsurance (RI) acceptances are received within the Closing Binder Warranty by constant follow-up with the cedant/reinsurers.
- Responds to inquiries through emails in a timely manner and attend to phone calls
- Send out binders/invoices in a timely manner
- Assist Reinsurance Specialist in the preparation of various reports required by the management and regulatory bodies.
- File and organize RI-related documents
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Preferably with related work experience
- Knowledge of Reinsurance guidelines and underwriting is an advantage.
