Job Description
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics
- Experience in SQL programming language.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred but not required
As part of our growth, your tasks include:
- Monitor and analyze revolving loan business performance, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Implement data-driven strategies to manage and grow the customer base.
- Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and reports for effective portfolio monitoring.
- Develop new dashboards and reports to provide insightful analyses and enhance decision-making.
- Utilize data analysis to inform strategic decisions, focusing on profitability and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives.
- Contribute actively to shaping portfolio growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
