Job Description
Overall Purpose: The position is responsible for the effective supervision, support, mentoring and coaching of a team of Certified Investment Solicitors (CISols or agents) with the ultimate goal of achieving sales goals. Will also be responsible for the management, engagement, servicing, training and development of CISols and recruitment of new generation CISols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business related course
- At least 4 years work experience preferably in financial services. With experience handling agents / CISols
- Must have basic knowledge in investments, equities
- Must be proficient in oral and written English communications, presentations and negotiation skills
- Must possess leadership, social skills
- Must be assertive, persistent and organized
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php45,00.00 – Php65,00.00 per month
