Job Description
The Relationship Manager builds and maintains partnerships with local and international industries to facilitate professional development and opportunities for graduating students on all academic programs at the Asian Institute of Management.

Education
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent and a Master’s in Business Administration.
Minimum experience
- 4 years of experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, and Data Analytics. Must have experience in Team Management, Events and Project Management, Business Development, and Customer Service.
- Serve as Business Partner to assigned School, participate in the admissions process based on employment trends.
- Generate local and international partnerships for career opportunities for graduating AIM Students.
- Foster employer engagements and collaborations among AIM schools / units in career activities.
- Co-lead event strategies, surveys, and career counseling services.
- Facilitate technological platforms to connect applicants, students, and job seekers.
- Manage record keeping, budget coordination, and team performance.
