Job Description
As a Reliability and Asset Management Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all assets within the organization. Your primary focus will be on improving asset performance, maximizing reliability, and minimizing downtime.
You will develop and implement strategic asset management plans, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs, to optimize the lifecycle and performance of all assets. You will also be responsible for managing asset data, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute maintenance strategies, establish key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will also work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the reliability and availability of critical assets.
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in asset management, reliability engineering, and maintenance practices. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
