Job Description
Position Title: Remedial Officer
Company: Metrobank
Job Summary: Responsible for managing and resolving past due loans and potential problem accounts by developing remedial strategies while reducing the Bank’s Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and recovering exposure. Ensure improved collateral/security position and initiate legal actions when necessary.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in loan account recovery (Corporate/Institutional)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in credit analysis
- Detail-oriented and possesses negotiation skills
