Job Description
Are you a customer service Rockstar? Can you handle unhappy people and make them happy? Are you detail oriented and organized?
If so we are looking for someone to join our team. We operate on several platforms (from Amazon to Walmart) selling products in the US.
Job requirements include Fluent English and working on US timezone. Must work in two shifts: Morning and Night. Platform experience:
- Etsy
- Amazon
- Walmart
- Wayfair
- Shopify
- Shipstation
Responsibilities:
- Customer interactions
- Complaint handling
- Shipping coordination
- Inventory management
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Php290.00 – Php300.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
Education: Senior High School (Required)
Experience: Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
