Job Description
Are you a skilled and experienced Scheduling Coordinator with a background in home health? Amcare Pro Home Health is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the Philippines for a full-time remote position.
Position: Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Requirements:
- Prior experience in home health scheduling/intake is a must.
- Proficiency with home health charting/scheduling software is required.
- Strong understanding of geriatric home health and Medicare Home Health scheduling guidelines.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Staff and schedule nursing, therapy, and HHA visits for home health patients.
- Perform data entry in computer systems and upload orders accurately.
- Ensure timely check-in of visit notes and timesheets.
- Coordinate nursing and therapy visits according to Medicare guidelines.
- Manage staffing for both medical and non-medical patients.
- Follow up with patients to ensure continuity of care.
