Job Description
Let’s Smile Dental is seeking an experienced Remote Patient Success Manager to ensure a positive experience for our patients, even outside the office. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and a strong focus on patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Call and screen new patients.
- Follow up on treatment plans.
- Address patient concerns.
- Enhance patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3 years customer experience.
- 1 year dental experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
Compensation: 8,361 pesos / $150 USD monthly. Job Type: Part-time.
