Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract top talent.
As a Recruitment Manager, you will also be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process and provide ongoing support to new hires.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in remote recruitment is highly desirable.
