Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Remote Support Technician to join our team. As a Remote Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and employees remotely. Your tasks will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, installing and updating software, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of IT systems. Previous experience in a similar role and relevant certifications will be advantageous.
