Job Description
Synct Inc., a Philippines-based outsourcing firm, is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our professional accounting and bookkeeping services for Australian businesses across diverse industries. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for devising effective recruitment strategies, managing the entire hiring process, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for accounting positions.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and be proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
