Job Description

We are seeking individuals to support local leaders in training and management for our retail stores. You will be instrumental in maintaining a high-performing organizational culture through innovative talent strategies and culture initiatives.

Requirements:

  • English proficiency required
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to work extended hours
  • Ability to match Pacific Time working hours and may require weekends
  • Experience in Training & Management preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-driven team player
  • Organized with good time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
