Job Description
Ledcore Construction and Development Corp. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Rent Collector. Candidates must possess any bachelor’s degree and have good interpersonal skills. Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office is required, alongside good moral character.
Duties include: Collecting rent payments, maintaining reports, organizing office records, managing lease contracts, and reporting issues to the Supervisor. This position is full-time, with a salary ranging from Php13,00.00 to Php14,00.00 per month. Supplemental pay includes a 13th-month salary and overtime pay. A driver’s license is preferred.
