Job Description
Ledcore Construction and Development Corp. is looking for a dedicated Rent Collector to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Collecting rental payments from tenants.
- Documenting rent collections.
- Maintaining rent collection reports.
- Organizing office records.
- Managing lease contracts.
- Reporting tenant concerns to the Supervisor.
Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year course, excellent communication skills, proficient in Microsoft applications.
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php13,500.00/month
