Job Description
- Act as Sales Admin
- Process Pre-Accreditation for possible clients for bidding purposes
- Work with other departments within the company to create sales presentations when needed.
- Access accounts for bidding/accreditation.
- Assist in preparing contracts and proposals.
- Process contracts for President’s signature.
- Ensure safekeeping of contracts.
- Coordinate sales team schedule and communication.
- Develop a filing system digitally and in hard copy form.
- Monitor sales files and collect data for reports.
- Act as customer service contact for client queries.
