Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team. As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to generate valuable reports and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and objectives.
- Design and develop accurate and insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data from CRM systems.
- Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to identify areas for improvement in the CRM processes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data cleansing and validation strategies.
- Create ad-hoc reports and perform data analysis as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle CRM) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
