Job Description
Summary:
Working with property management and the marketing team, the Reputation Management Coordinator will monitor and respond to online reviews, complaints, and questions and serve as the primary point of contact for our public facing response. They will actively work to improve our online reputation on sites like Trustpilot, BB, Google, Yelp, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ingest reviews and comments.
- Respond to online comments and comments.
- Actively work to improve online reputation through campaigns.
- Coordinate with PM staff for dispute remediation.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of online community or forum experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Docs, PM tools, etc. is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
