Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Reputation Stakeholder and Management Associate. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping and protecting our company’s reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to manage the company’s reputation and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze stakeholder sentiment and engagement to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication materials.
- Manage crisis communication activities and provide guidance to the leadership team during reputation-related issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, government agencies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputation management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion.
