Job Description
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology
- With 1-2 years relevant R&D experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Able to effectively work and communicate with co-employees
- Computer Proficient (MS Applications)
- Ensure that the R&D Standard is being adhered to, procedures followed, and records are being maintained
- Develop and research on technologies and products which would help drive innovation requirements
- Conduct raw material ingredient evaluations for quality and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure products and raw materials meet legal, statutory, religious requirements, and customer standards
- Secure company documents and intellectual property
- Document all product and process development in accordance with R&D Standards
