Job Description
Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a qualified Research and Development Officer with a focus on New Product Development. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead product innovation by conducting comprehensive research, overseeing formulation documentation, and standardizing quality processes across our production facilities.
Your responsibilities will encompass the development of gold standards for quality, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the provision of technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or a related field, with a preference for applicants with at least three years of relevant experience; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be willing to work in Calamba, Laguna.
