Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Research and improve products according to market demands.
- Ensure updated raw material pricing in product costing.
- Conduct sensory evaluation and stability studies.
- Prepare product standards for new launches.
- Transfer technology from lab to production scale.
- Evaluate competitors’ products for development.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Prepare prototype samples for sales and clients.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Food Technology preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in the food industry.
- Extensive R&D experience and knowledge of cGMP, HACCP, and ISO principles.
